Xiaomi invites you to an online launch event on April 30, at which the Chinese manufacturer wants to present us news about the Redmi Note 9 series and some other products.
With “The Saga Continues” Xiaomi is promoting the live stream, which will take place on April 30th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. The main focus of the presentation is on the Redmi Note 9 series, the name of which has caused the company to cause slight confusion among its fans in recent months.
Xiaomi first introduced the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max in India. However, the Chinese manufacturer sells the Note 9 Pro on the global market under the name Redmi Note 9S. At Xiaomi, the Redmi series primarily stands for smartphones in the entry-level and mid-range sector, for which the user does not have to spend half a fortune if he wants a good-quality, up-to-date mobile phone.
New company for the Redmi Note 9S
The Redmi Note 9S is now available from the Xiaomi shop in Germany for as little as EUR 199.90. The Android has a 6.67-inch FHD + display and an AI-supported 48 megapixel quad camera.
The Note 9S is powered by a 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor with the support of either 4 GB (gigabytes) of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory or 6 GB of RAM + 128 GB of internal memory. A 5,020 mAh battery with 18W charging and a fingerprint sensor complete the attractive package.
Is the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max coming to Germany?
It would be conceivable that Xiaomi will follow up on its online presentation with the smartphone that is called Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in India. In contrast to the Redmi Note 9 Pro alias Redmi Note 9S, this is equipped with a 64 megapixel quad camera and can be charged with 33 W.
With the size of the RAM, users can choose between 6 GB and 8 GB. The two devices are identical in terms of display and case size, weight, processor and battery capacity.
Live presentation runs as a YouTube video
We will have to wait for the live presentation for better or worse if we want to find out more. You are curious whether the announced device could actually be a counterpart of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and under which name it appears here? Then check in here on Thursday, April 30th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m .:
Xiaomi also announces the presentation of additional products. We can currently only speculate as to what that will be. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has already officially introduced MIUI 12 – so it probably won’t be. The update could land on the first Xiaomi smartphones from the end of June 2020.
